Recently Amazon.com pulled back some e-books illegally from it’s customer”s kindle E-Reader.Last whole week it was the hot topic among blogs and technology forums. On Thursday, Amazon’s chief executive, Jeffrey P. Bezos, posted a statement on a customer forum, publicly apologizing for his company’s handling of the situation:
